For ages 16+ - Join us for a class where you will learn how to transform whole grains into delicious, homemade bread starting from scratch! We’ll guide you through the process of using a grain mill, selecting the best grains, and demonstrate how to prepare nutrient-rich loaves that taste amazing.
Learners will explore a variety of grains, taste freshly-milled bread, and gain practical skills they can use at home. This class highlights the nutritional and health benefits of freshly milled flour, including improved nutrient retention, better digestibility, and greater control over ingredients, making it an excellent option for individuals who are gluten-sensitive (but not gluten-free).
Leave with the confidence to bake bread that’s fresher, healthier, and truly your own!
