Instructor will provide all necessary materials for this class, however, if you would like to use your own materials (i.e. paints or brushes), students are more than welcome to bring their own. Feel free to bring a notebook and take notes. It is highly encouraged to practice what you learn during this workshop at home.
Materials: Strathmore 300 Series Cold Press 140 lb.
Brushes: Round size 6, 8, and/or 10 and liner brush size 0, 1, or 2
Watercolor Paints: Winsor & Newton Cotman Series
Misc: paper towels, masking tape, palette knives, etc.

Ages 14 and up (Ages 8-13 accompanied by adult) - Pick up a new hobby this year and dive into watercolors! The Winter Blues class is perfect for beginners. It features a calm winter field after a fresh snowfall. Students will matter both wet on wet and wet on dry painting techniques. Students will also learn how to layer and how to create grass details with a variety of brushes. To help students gain confidence, everyone will get to practice on scrap paper before working on their final artwork.

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given when CER cancels a class. If you cancel your registration BEFORE start date a refund for the class, less a $5 processing fee and any material costs incurred will be provided. No refunds will be given on or after the class/event start date.

1. If your class is filled to capacity before your registration is received.
2. If your class is cancelled by CER.

Registration Policy
Pre-registration with full payment is required, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Most registration deadlines are one week before the start of class. Decisions on whether to hold the class are made on the registration deadline date, so please register early!
