Instructor will provide all necessary materials for this class, however, if you would like to use your own materials (i.e. paint or brushes), students are more than welcome to bring their own. Feel free to bring a notebook and take notes. It is highly encouraged to practice what you learn during this workshop at home.
Paper: Strathmore 300 Series Cold Press 140 lb
Brushes: Round size 6, 8, and/or10
Watercolor Paints: Winsor & Newton Cotman Series
Misc: Paper towels, masking tape, white gouache paint, etc.

Ages 14 and up (Ages 8-13 accompanied by adult) - Commemorate Fall and Halloween this year by creating these enchanting watercolor bookmarks. Each student will get to paint all three bookmark designs: Scarecrow Fields, Inked Up Pumpkins, and Autumn Botanicals. Instructed by Fairmont artist Caroline Porter, you’ll learn a variety of beginner friendly skills and make bookmarks you’ll want to use year round!
This class is perfect for all skill levels. To help students gain confidence, everyone will also get to practice on scrap paper before working on their final artwork. Each bookmark will measure slightly less than 2 x 7 inches in order to fit into the provided cellophane sleeves. Cellophane sleeves will be given out to help protect your bookmarks from scuffs and scrapes.

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given when CER cancels a class. If you cancel your registration BEFORE start date a refund for the class, less a $5 processing fee and any material costs incurred will be provided. No refunds will be given on or after the class/event start date.

1. If your class is filled to capacity before your registration is received.
2. If your class is cancelled by CER.

Registration Policy
Pre-registration with full payment is required, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Most registration deadlines are one week before the start of class. Decisions on whether to hold the class are made on the registration deadline date, so please register early!
