Cardinal Prime Before & After School Program (For youth in grades K-6) is for children who are attending Fairmont Elementary School. The primary goal of our program is to provide children with a healthy, safe, enjoyable, and fun environment. We accomplish this by offering a balance of academics, recreation and social activities focused on healthy choices. The program is designed to enhance your child’s physical, social, emotional, and intellectual wellbeing. Multiple enriching S.T.E.M., Social and Emotional Learning, Physical Education, Creative Thinking and Arts and Crafts programs will be offered. Hours include given time for creative exploration, homework, and outdoor play to complement the school day.
Drop off an Pick-up will be at Door #11 only for Cardinal Prime (South Side of the elementary school).
BEFORE SCHOOL HOURS - 7:00AM-7:50AM (No drop-off after 7:30am)
AFTER SCHOOL HOURS - 3:00PM-5:30PM (No pick-up before 3:15pm)
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given when CER cancels a class. If you cancel your registration BEFORE start date a refund for the class, less a $20 processing fee will be provided. No refunds will be given on or after the class/event start date.
Refunds will be made only under the following conditions:
1. If your class is filled to capacity before your registration is received.
2. If your class is cancelled by CER

Registration Policy
Pre-registration with full payment is required, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Most registration deadlines are one week before the start of class. Decisions on whether to hold the class are made on the registration deadline date, so please register early! Registrations preferred online at www.fairmont.k12.mn.us/o/cer, in person at the CER office, 115 South Park Street, Suite 131, or by phone (507)235-3141.
