This course will teach you the top ten estate planning mistakes to avoid and will focus on the tools and the process of creating effective estate plans that work on disability and death.  Estate Planning and Elder Law Attorney, Cassandra Lustfield, will teach you how to control your assets while you are alive and well, how best to plan for our loved ones while avoiding the unnecessary taxes, costs, and legal problems, and how to pass your assets to your loved ones in a way that is best for you and them.  We will discuss trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and their best uses.  Free!
