The Annual Family Fun Fair and Youth Activities Expo sponsors are joining together to have a virtual World Tour event for our youth and families this spring. This will be a free event giving youth and families an opportunity to learn about numerous educational, recreational, social services, arts, and outdoor organizations in our community, which provide positive growth opportunities to help youth find their "Spark" of interest.
We would like to extend an invitation to you and your organization to participate as a virtual exhibitor. As part of being an exhibitor, we encourage you to prepare a brief video and/or photo as well as a biography/description of your organization by March 17. This will then be incorporated into a google site for families to access March 30 through April 6.
An additional option of "Grab-N-Go World Tour" kits will be made available to youth participants for pickup at Fairmont Community Education and Rereation Office prior to March 30. If desired, you can include a promotional flyer of your organization or 1-2 pages printed material and/or a hands-on make-and-take activity with the kits.
Please register with your preferences of involvement by March 17 (or before) at the Fairmont CER Office using the online exhibitor registration form at www.fairmont.k12.mn.us (click on CER webstore under Community Events/Concerns) or return form below to CER or by calling 507-235-3141.
