Cinnamon rolls are almost everyone's favorite breakfast carb. These sweet bready rolls are made with cinnamon, with nuts, without nuts and/or with raisins. They can be topped with frosting or caramel or left plain as a warm rich treat. The bread base can be made into caramel rolls, orange glory rolls or a variety of other sweet rolls depending on your liking. What type do you like best? I love to smell the deep yeasty smell and taste the warmth of the flour and sugar in my mouth. Class will be virtual, video chatted into your kitchen and will have direct instruction and time for Q&A. Supply list and directional video by the instructor will be sent out a week ahead of time. Come learn to make a batch from scratch in this class! I am sure that they will NOT be around for long as they are so good! Deadline to register is March 27.
Payment Policy: Payment must accompany registration to ensure enrollment in a class. Registrations without payment will be put on hold until payment is received. Registrations/payments received the date the class begins will be charged an additional $5 processing fee. All walk-ins and late registrations will be charged the $5 processing fee. Participants are strongly encouraged to register early. These changes are made in an effort to provide quality service through an enrollment process more efficient and fair to all participants. Fairmont Community Education and Recreation periodically takes pictures of participants in our classes and during other sponsored activities. These photos may be used in the community education catalog or other promotional materials. If you do not wish to have your picture taken or published, you must provide us written notice in advance.
